Navigating Social Media as an artist/educator/creative (tools and tips for graphic design, sharing your work, and mental health)
Support planning a workshop (facilitation tools, support structuring and designing a workshop)
Creating consistent rituals that honor your body’s needs to help manage stress
Private Yoga Class
Once booked you will receive a pre-workshop reflection sheet. While these workshops will touch on mental health and self-care these workshops should and cannot substitute for therapy.
